Common questions

Do I need Apple Music?
Yes. Platter plays music through Apple Music, so you'll need an active subscription to play full songs.

My library isn't showing up.
Make sure Platter has access in Settings > Privacy & Security > Media & Apple Music, and that the albums are added to your Apple Music library.

Do my favorites and crates sync?
Yes, between devices signed in to the same iCloud account.
